Charlotte Katakuri (シャーロット・カタクリ, Shārotto Katakuri) is a member of the Big Mom Pirates. He is the second son and third child of Charlotte Linlin, as well as Totto Land's Minister of Flour. Along with his brother Cracker and sister Smoothie, Katakuri is one of the Sweet 3 Generals of the Big Mom Pirates. He is their strongest fighter, second only to his mother.

, , , , , , , : "Kaku Mochi": Katakuri does a right overhead punch, then a jumping left overhead punch, then spin jumps and does another overhead punch, then a left upper punch, then a right hook sending six mochi beams forward, then an extended left punch, then dashes using mochi tentacles to punch rapidly, and finishes with a large mochi right punch.

: Katakuri flashes his Haki. If any enemy is caught, donuts will appear on the targets and fire mochi beams.

, : "Nagare Mochi": Katakuri turns the lower half of his body into mochi and surfs forward, bulldozing enemies.

, , : "Nagare Mochi": Katakuri slams both hands into the ground and turns the ground into mochi, sending it outward with a rippling effect.

• "Unstoppable Donuts": Full-Force Burst. While attacking, Katakuri summons doughnuts to attack with Mochi Fists. He also automatically avoids attacks with Observation Haki.
• "Mochi Crush": Katakuri summons two doughnuts in front of him and punches together making Mochi Fists punch out of the doughnuts.
• "Bean Mochi": Katakuri summons a pod of Mochi that shoots white pellets around.
• "Mochi Hadan": Katakuri fires a barrage of Mochi out of his fingers.
• "Snack Time": Katakuri pulls out a large doughnut and eats it, regaining health.
• "Buzz Cut Mochi": Musou attack, Katakuri turns himself into a doughnut and rolls across the field, then forms a Mochi mace, trapping enemies on it and slams it down.
• "Conquerer's Haki": Musou attack, Katakuri emits a wave of Conquerer's Haki, stunning enemies around him
• "Mochi Anemone": Musou attack, Katakuri punches forward making a multiple of doughnuts punch fists at enemies.

Fighting Style

Katakuri ate the Mochi-Mochi Fruit, a Devil Fruit that allows him to create, control, and transform into mochi at will. His Devil Fruit is considered part of the Special Paramecia class, a subclass of Paramecia. His mochi is thick and has adhesive properties, allow him to use it to trap enemies in. He is able to morph his mochi into various shapes and objects to attack enemies with, such as sprouting additional arms of mochi, or shaping it into a spiked club. He can harden his mochi using Armament Haki, bolstering its offensive power. Katakuri has awakened his Devil Fruit power, granting him the ability to transform the matter around him into mochi for him to use, enhancing the range of his attacks. He possesses all three forms of Haki. He is most known for his proficiency in Observation Haki, which is so refined that it allows him to see short glimpses of the future. Combined with his mastery over his Devil Fruit powers, Katakuri can see the future to accurately predict where attacks will hit him, allowing him ample time to morph his mochi body around the attacks, making him an extremely tough opponent.
