Dearka Elthman is a ZAFT pilot whose Buster Gundam specializes in artillery combat. After being defeated by Mu La Flaga, he becomes a prisoner of the Earth Alliance. During his time with the archangel crew, he becomes attracted to Miriallia Haw, a girl who would overcome her grief and commit to help end the conflict. When the Archangel leaves the Earth Alliance, Dearka acts alongside the crew and sympathizes with them.
Years after the Battle of Jachin Due, Dearka returns to the ZAFT Joule team. As the team's adjutant commander, he utilizes Mobile Suits like the Gunner Zaku Warrior and Zaku Phantom to protect the PLANTs.
Mission Mode[]
In Protect the Archangel!, Dearka and Yzak ambush the Archangel in Angels and Archangels.
He opposes Quattro Bajeena in The Power of Newtypes.
Dearka also participates in the Titan's Gundam Fight in Gundam Fight! Ready? GO!.
