A new rare item introduced in Dynasty Warriors 4: Xtreme Legends, the Horseshoes (頑鉄蹄, Gantetsu Hizume, lit. Firm Iron Hooves) enhance the damage caused by horses trampling on enemy units. Like the Imperial Harness, the item itself is more useful when used with a strong mount.

- Dynasty Warriors 4: Xtreme Legends: Battle of Jia Meng Gate; Legend Mode; In 5 minutes or less, clear all three enemy check points and defeat both Yang Huai and Gao Pei.
