Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition (ゼルダ無双 ハイラルオールスターズ DX, Zelda Musou: Hyrule All-Stars DX) is a Nintendo Switch compilation of Hyrule Warriors Legends and Hyrule Warriors, presenting features that were in both games into one product.
Changes[]
Aside from graphic revisions to fit the console specs, here are the distinct changes for this game.
- All DLC (including characters) are already in the vanilla version of the Nintendo Switch port.
- Players can use up to four playable characters in a stage.
- A new maximum level cap for weapons "Level 4+".
- Items Card Shop has been added in Adventure Mode, allowing players to purchase any previously earned item with rupees.
- The My Fairy section is rendered in 3D.
- Joy-Con co-op is available.
- Breath of the Wild costumes are available for Link and Zelda.
- Damage ranking has been changed from a flat amount to a percent based on each character's max health.
- You can now hold 20 weapons per type instead of 10.
- All characters that were in the base game of Hyrule Warriors as well as Cia, Wizzro, Volga and Linkle are unlocked upon completing Prologue - The Armies of Ruin.
- All characters that were not in the base game of Hyrule Warriors are now unlocked on adventure mode maps.
- All adventure mode maps are unlocked from the beginning.
