Kotono Mitsuishi (三石 琴乃, Mitsuishi Kotono, born December 8, 1967 in Tokyo) is a freelance Japanese voice actor. She attended Katsuta Voice Actor's Academy in 1986 and later worked as an elevator girl. Mitsuishi pursued voice acting due to her interest in radio drama. She considered becoming a childcare worker but chose not due to the declining birth rate. Mitsuishi is married and has one daughter.
Mitsuishi's vocal pitch is versatile enough to let her play a wide range of roles. Being a veteran within the dubbing industry, younger voice actors look up to her as a big sister figure. Some of the characters voiced by her include titular protagonist in Sailor Moon, Juri Arisugawa in Revolutionary Girl Utena, and Katherine McBride in Catherine.
