Loran Cehack is the main protagonist of Turn A Gundam. He was once a Moonrace scout sent to investigate the habiltability of Earth. When the Moonrace begins their operation to reinhabit Earth, Loran excavates the Turn A Gundam and pilots it to try and bring peace between Earth and the Moonrace. After the conflict he lives on Earth with Dianna Soriel.
Mission Mode[]
His Original Mode story in the first game starts with Loran at the Oriental Citadel fighting alongside Emma Sheen and Puru-Two sharing his dislike for war. He recognizes Domon's Burning Finger is similar to Gym Ghingham's Shining Finger. Soon, Puru joins his side. At the Ice Field against the Titans, Loran tries to talk the battleground fighters out of fighting while defending the Argama. At Central City, Loran finds himself fighting Judau Ashta, Haman Karn, Char Aznable, Paptimus Scirocco, Amuro Ray and Kamille Bidan. While fighting Amuro, he learns of how he uses the Gundam Hammer and they clash their hammers. At the Mausoleum, Loran believes the Musha Gundam is made to kill and destroy. At the Satellite Elevator, fights a final three-way battle against Milliardo's forces and the Musha Gundam.

Loran is both a genuine and gentle boy who had a distaste for war.
