Nicol Amalfi is a young ZAFT pilot and a pianist. He joins ZAFT after the Bloody Valentine tragedy. Using the Blitz Gundam, he used the Mirage Colloid system to gain numerous victories in raiding missions. Being a friend of Athrun's, he is killed in action near Orb waters taking a fatal hit from the Strike Gundam.
Mission Mode
In the Protect the Archangel! story, Nicol first appears as an enemy fighting to try and sink the Archangel. At the end, he and Ahtrun give cover to the Archangel as it makes for the Moon.
He also serves as an enemy in the 1 Suit, 10,000 Enemies mission, ZAFT Special Training, Part 2.
In Gundam Fight! Ready? GO!, Nicol fights on Domon's team.
Personality
Nicol is one of the few ZAFT pilots to not be aggresive.
