Remus Blood (レムス・ブラッド) is one of the three protagonists of Undead Knights. In the demo version, he is the only playable character available.

Role in Game[]

Being the second son of House Blood, he and Sylvia were about to announce their marriage to the latter's father in Cavalier. However, Romulus's condemnation of the king's wife Fatima immediately made them an enemy of the nation, and thus they were all killed in the span of one night.

Revived as an undead knight alongside his fiancée, he agrees to help his brother seek revenge on their murderers until the Jester eventually reveals a horrifying truth: it was none other than Romulus who caused their deaths to begin with. Angered by this revelation, he calms down after Sylvia correctly pins the blame on the kingdom for sending the knights against them in the first place.

Upon slaying Fatima and destroying her Holy Tree, the three companions confront the Beast for using them. Rather than use Fatima's stone to defend themselves, they instead vow to defy their former benefactor's will no matter what trials they may face.

Fighting Style[]

Compared to the other two characters, Remus's specialty lies in speed which enables him to mobilize quickly and chain combos at a faster rate. This gives him plenty of opportunity to interrupt enemy attacks while leaving them on the defensive. However, his low damage output means players may have to use hit-and-run tactics against stronger bosses, though it can be manageable if the enemy's attack patterns are easy to recognize.
