Richard Epcar (born April 29, 1955 in Denver, Colorado) is an American voice actor and ADR director. He now resides in Los Angeles where he operates Epcar Entertainment, Inc., a voiceover production company together with his wife, Ellyn Stern, a voice actress in her own right. His other known aliases are Richard George and Patrick Gilbert.
Epcar has done over 300 different roles in many video games and anime. His vocal performances are mostly relegated to adult male characters with strong, distinct personalities like Daisuke Jigen in Lupin III, the titular character of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, and the Joker in Injustice: Gods Among Us.
