Stephanie Sheh (born April 10, 1977 in Kalamazoo, Michigan) is an American voice actor and ADR director. Raised in Northern California, her interest in acting began while attending Monta Vista High School at Cupertino; she developed her skills at Second City Training Center, East West Players, Susan Blu Voiceover Workshop, and UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. To support herself after graduating, she found work as a producer and also recorded radio advertisements for United States Cellular Corporation.

Sheh made her first foray into voice acting as Jennifer Sekiguchi, nabbing the role of Silky in I'm Gonna Be An Angel!. Her other aliases are Laura Chyu, Tiffany Hsieh, and Lulu Chiang. Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese, she also has a limited understanding of Japanese. Being an anime fan since her college days, Sheh once admitted to missing being part of the fandom despite the perks that come with localizing a production.

Known for voicing timid or docile female characters, Sheh has also played energetic or sarcastic individuals as of late, further expanding her repertoire of roles. Her efforts made her a nominee for "Best Actress in a Comedy" in the 2007 American Anime Awards. Throughout her career, she has performed as Hinata Hyūga in Naruto, Usagi Tsukino in Sailor Moon, and Sapphire Rhodonite in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice.

When Tōhoku had been struck by earthquake and tsunami in 2011, Sheh and her colleagues started a nonprofit charity group called We Heart Japan to provide relief to survivors.
