Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和, Sugita Tomokazu, born October 11, 1980 in the Saitama Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor formerly affiliated with Atomic Monkey. He left the agency in April 2020 and established his own talent company AGRS. His tendency to reference anime and comics has earned him the nickname "Freedom Sugita" by fans.

In his formative years Sugita was once interested in pursuing a career as a pâtissier, home economics teacher, or designer; as a child, he dreamed of becoming a priest. He attended the Nihon Narration Acting Institute while in high school. Tomokazu Seki is rumored to be one of his rivals due to their same given name (which has been alluded to a few times). He is best friends with Yūichi Nakamura and harbors a crush on Houko Kuwashima. In addition to voice work, he has written screenplays, lyrics, and scenarios for various media. He also helped with Amane Nishiki's creation for BlazBlue: Chronophantasma (who was eventually voiced by fellow voice actor Akira Ishida).

Sugita's breakout role is Kyon in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya series. He was voted "Best Supporting Actor" in the 2009 Seiyu Awards. A few of his roles include Sakata Gintoki in Gintama, Keisuke in Togainu no Chi, and Gundham Tanaka in the Danganronpa franchise.
