Tower

The Ark, also known as the Tower, is a massive structure where Quantum Theory takes place. It emerged from a Lost Age wasteland and is guarded by an intricate defense mechanism. Inside, it has elaborate hallways, experimental grounds, and a garden filled with unusual plants. The Tower's brain, Seed, is equipped with advanced AI that can control mass-produced Nosferatu and detect foreign objects. However, the AI becomes infested with Diablosis, making it unable to stop mutations from transpiring.

Development

According to the developers, the Tower's interior was designed to have an art nouveau feel to pique the tastes of Japanese gamers at the time as opposed to the war-like settings that appeal more to Western players.
