Urouge (ウルージ, Urūji) is the pirate captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates. Urouge hails from a sky island, and is considered a member of the Worst Generation. He was made playable through DLC.

, , , , : Urouge swings his left fist to the right, then his right fist to the left, and then does an uppercut with his left fist. He follows with a strong headbutt, then charges forward with a shoulder bash.- : Urouge pulls out his pillar, then runs forward while twirling it around him before tossing it away.
- , , , : Urouge does four powerful punches with alternating fists, starting with his right, then leaps forward to slam into enemies.
- , , , , : Urouge pulls out a pillar and starts swinging it while spinning quickly. He then finishes with a final swing to the left to bat enemies away.
- , , , , , : Urouge stomps the ground violently, then kicks forward with his left leg, sending forward a shockwave. He then finishes with a strong right leg kick to the left, releasing forward a large projectile.
- , , , , , , : Urouge pulls out his pillar and swings it upwards to knock enemies skyward. He then thrusts his pillar at the airborne enemies and starts twisting it in a drilling motion, then finishes by doing a spin and launching his pillar forward as a projectile.

- Karmic Return: Transformation. Urouge takes some damage, then uses his powers to become larger and more muscular. He retains his fighting style, but these attacks change:
- : Urouge jumps forward and lands hard on the ground with both feet.
- , , , , : Urouge slams his torso into the ground, hits it with both fists, and then winds up his right fist for another powerful ground punch.
- , , , , , , : Urouge brings his hands together, creating a large shockwave around him. He then punches the ground with his left hand, stomps with his right foot to bring up a huge rock, and finally destroys said rock with his right fist.
- Special attacks:
- • Musou attack. Urouge jabs forward with his right fist, hooks with his left, and lastly does a devastating right uppercut.
- • Urouge jumps high into the air and slams into the ground arms-first.
- • Urouge puts his arms out and move forward while spin-swinging them to the left. When he finishes, he briefly creates a tornado in front of him.
- All Things Shall Pass: Musou Attack. Urouge grabs a pillar, jumps into the air, and fiercely throws it to the ground, destroying it and damaging foes.
- Condemnation and Truth: Musou Attack. Urouge spins a pillar over his head then swings it, briefly creating a large cyclone in front of him.
- Denial of Obsession: Urouge runs forward and tries to grab an enemy. If he does, he lifts them over his head, then body slams them in front of him.
- Purification of Perception: Urouge uses his Devil Fruit powers to convert some damage he's taken, healing himself.
- Lively Dyeing: Urouge grabs a pillar and swings it five times. His first four swings trace the kanji 天 ["heavens"] (two from left to right, then left-down, then right-down) before he finishes with a powerful leftward swing.
Fighting Style[]
Urouge ate an unnamed Devil Fruit that allows him to convert the damage he sustains into his own strength. This results in his muscle mass and overall body size expanding.
Urouge is a large man and boasts extreme physical strength, and primarily fights using physical combat. His weapon of choice is a large pillar that he carries on his back, and he wields it like a mace. His Devil Fruit power allows him to further enhance his already-impressive physical strength, making him a foe to be reckoned with. He is strong enough to defeat one of Big Mom's Sweet Generals, Charlotte Snack.
