Vinsmoke Judge (ヴィンスモーク・ジャッジ, Vinsumōku Jajji), also known as "Garuda" (ガルーダ, Garūda), is the king of the Germa Kingdom , the supreme commander of the Germa 66, and the patriarch of the Vinsmoke Family, being Sanji's biological father. Due to his actions, role and intentions, he is a neutral of the Whole Cake Island Arc of the Four Emperor Saga.

Special attacks:
- Judge leaps into the air and shoots electricity down at the ground, which then spreads out in an arc. The electricity on the ground then detonates.
- Judge twirls his spear in front of him, generating a small forward-facing electrified tornado.
- Judge flies forward, then does a forward knee bash.
- Judge does a series of consecutive 360-degree kicks while moving forward.
Musou attack: Judge flies around the area and attacks the enemies with a blitz of phantom slashes. Finishes with a flying forward thrust.
Musou attack: Summons Reiju, Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji to bombard the area in front of him. Then flies forward with a powerful dash attack.
Fighting Style[]
Vinsmoke Judge has enhanced physical strength, and is a highly-skilled physical fighter. He is also extremely intelligent, and incorporates many of his scientific inventions into his combat arsenal. This includes the Raid Suit, a reinforced exoskeleton that further increases his physical traits, as well as bolstering his defenses. The suit also includes a pair of boots that have jet propulsion capabilities, allowing him to fly. His main weapon is his spear, which he scientifically enhanced to give it the ability to channel electricity. Most of his attacks revolve around the use of electricity.

- Before becoming playable through DLC, Judge has been shown to appear in cutscenes.
