Yuri Lowenthal (born March 5, 1971 in Alliance, Ohio) is an American voice actor who's done various roles in many video games and animation shows. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and fellow voice actor Tara Platt. Having spent many years living in different parts of the world, Lowenthal can fluently speak French, German, and Japanese. He developed an interest for acting near the end of his high school days which led to his success in the field of voice acting. Together with Platt, the two of them co-founded Monkey Kingdom Productions, an independent film production company, in 2004. They also co-authored a book called Voice-Over Voice Actor: What It's Like Behind the Mic which details their voice acting experiences.

Despite his limited vocal range, Lowenthal has voiced many different characters whose personalities and temperament vary greatly. He is also well known for lending his voice to young male protagonists and deuteragonists. Among his many roles are Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto, Suzaku Kururugi in Code Geass, and Barnaby Brooks Jr. in Tiger & Bunny.
